Hi. I'm Susan de Silva.

I'm a Professional Coach who loves working with individuals, from young adults to senior professionals, to seek clarity, energy and forward movement in all aspects of their lives, including in their work and relationships. 

I take a powerful stand for my clients' growth towards fulfilment and being deeply connected to their authentic selves.

When I work with you, I start from the assumption that you already have the wisdom of your own answers within you. We simply need the space, time, and support to access it. 

My goal is to get you to recognise your life purpose, to gain expanded perspectives and generate more meaningful choices, and to be with your emotional experiences.

I know from personal experience that coaching offers a unique way to truly see and hear each other. Through the coaching process, I create a space for you to discover and embrace your potential.

In my own life, I enjoy scanning the horizon and building new frontiers.

I have over 30 years of experience as a lawyer in Singapore and England, including as a Singapore-based legal firm Founding Partner. I have also developed several of the firm’s sectors including pioneering its Asia Pacific employment practice.

As a leader, I have learned to see that there is a human being at the centre of everything and I believes that people are most powerful and fulfilled when they can bring their whole selves - mind, body, heart and soul - to their lives, work and relationships.
